You are the prescriber. You do not need to rent a physician network that keeps a cut of every consult. We build the stack that runs your cash-pay telehealth practice, store to EHR to pharmacy, connected end-to-end with no manual re-keying.

Build runs in weeks. Total launch depends on external review cycles (LegitScript, Stripe healthcare mode, EHR API provisioning and pharmacy onboarding), we are upfront about that on day one.
Each one stands between you and a practice that runs itself.
“A physician network keeps a cut of every single consult I run.”
How we solve itYou are the prescriber. We build your own stack so the per-consult margin a network would take stays with you, not with a rented doctor panel.
“My team re-keys every order between the store, the EHR and the pharmacy.”
How we solve itWe wire your storefront into your EHR by API and automate the pharmacy hop (LifeFile, SmartScript, VortexRx). Approved orders push through and tracking syncs back, no manual re-entry.
“I do not know which states let me prescribe without a physician.”
How we solve itWe map your target states before anything is signed. In Full Practice Authority states you prescribe independently. In reduced states we build the collaborating-physician step into the workflow.
“My EHR can e-prescribe, but it cannot route to my compounding pharmacy.”
How we solve itThat is the exact gap we close. We build the middleware from your EHR to your 503A or 503B pharmacy so compounded orders flow as structured data instead of a portal-hopping chore.
“Meta and Google will nuke my ad account if the site is not compliant.”
How we solve itWe deliver a storefront built for healthcare from day one, with medical disclaimers, risk language and a state availability matrix, so your ad accounts stay safe.
“Turnkey platforms make me a tenant on their system, not an owner.”
How we solve itWe wire your own real, portable EHR and storefront. You keep the account, the data and the source files. The practice is yours to keep if you ever move.
The EHR, the storefront and the pharmacy wiring shipped by the same team, with one Slack channel and one project manager. No three-vendor stitch-up.
Scalater build work (Phases 3, 4, 6, 7) runs in weeks. Phases 1, 2 and 5 depend on external parties, so we never promise a fixed end-to-end launch date.
We confirm your target states, specialty and pharmacy, and per state whether a collaborating or supervising physician is required. Nothing is signed before this.
You sign the Scalater SOW, set up the EHR account with API access, and sign the pharmacy and, if needed, the collaborating-physician agreements.
EHR configured, storefront and intake built, HIPAA config in place. Runs in parallel once the SOW is signed.
Store to EHR to pharmacy middleware wired, per-state provider queue configured. Depends on EHR API access and pharmacy API onboarding.
If you market Rx direct to consumer, LegitScript certification (typically 4 to 6 weeks) and Stripe healthcare-mode run here. External review cycles outside our control.
Full sandbox transaction validated end-to-end, documentation delivered so your team can run the stack.
Production cutover, first live orders monitored for 30 days. Production bug-fixes covered.
The EHR setup, the storefront and the pharmacy integration, scoped and shipped by one team. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

What the bundle includes
Your EHR software is billed separately, paid directly to your EHR vendor.
We say no on the first call when the fit is wrong. It saves everyone's time and protects the launch.
It depends on your state. In the roughly 26 Full Practice Authority states you prescribe fully independently, no physician layer. In reduced or restricted states (including CA, TX and FL) you still prescribe, but state law requires a collaborating or supervising physician, and we build that into the workflow. We map your states on the consult call before anything is signed.
A physician network rents you its doctors and keeps a cut of every consult, which fits a brand with no clinician. You are the clinician, so you do not need to rent one. On your own API-first EHR you own and operate the practice, and the clinical margin stays with you. If you ever want always-on prescribing at scale across many states, that is a provider-network job, and we will point you to the right partner for that layer.
The $9,000 is the Scalater build. Your EHR software is billed separately and paid directly to the vendor. The integration needs API access, which EHRs sell only on a higher plan tier, so budget roughly $600 a month for an API-enabled plan rather than the entry tier. We confirm the exact plan and cost for your chosen EHR before you commit.
An EHR can e-prescribe to retail pharmacies over Surescripts, but most compounding pharmacies run their own rail (LifeFile) that the EHR does not reach as structured data. Teams end up portal-hopping and re-keying orders by hand. The middleware we build closes exactly that gap, from your EHR to your pharmacy, with tracking synced back to the patient.
If you market Rx direct to consumer, LegitScript review typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, and Stripe healthcare-mode depends on it plus your signed pharmacy and physician contracts. Those are external review cycles outside our control. Our build runs in weeks, but we never promise a fixed end-to-end launch date, and we are transparent about that on day one.
No lock-in. You own your EHR account and data, the storefront and source files, your brand kit and copy, and your direct contracts. If you move, we hand everything over clean and documented.
One 30-minute consult. We map your states, your specialty and your pharmacy, and send the proposal within 48 hours.
